Every engagement begins with a kick-off call to align on goals, scope and success measures. Once the proposal is signed, we usually start work within one to two weeks.
Each project has a clear timeline agreed up front in your statement of work. We share a schedule with key milestones so you always know what's coming and when.
Feedback is part of the process. Most deliverables include agreed rounds of revisions, and we'll always tell you clearly if a request falls outside the original scope.
You'll have a single point of contact and a shared space to track progress. We check in regularly and report on the metrics that matter to your goals.
At the end of a project we hand over all final files and access in an organised, well-documented package, so nothing is left locked away with us.
Many clients stay on with a monthly retainer for ongoing work and optimisation. If something needs attention after handover, get in touch and we'll help you put it right.
